Chinese video-sharing website Tudou said that it has partnered with ad giant Publicis Groupe's VivaKi unit to test a new video ad format that lets users select their preferred ad before watching a program. VivaKi's AdSelector format has already been implemented by Hulu and others in the U.S. Tudou says around 80% of those already exposed to AdSelector on its site responded positively.
Channel Seven to launch new digital channel 7mate
The Seven Network is to launch a new men's digital channel featuring sport called 7mate next month.
7mate will launch on 25 September with high definition coverage of the Australian Football League Grand Final in a bid to target men in the 16-49 bracket. |
