Well first, the source – us. We are a bona fide NFP professional association with nearly 20 years experience and an excellent reputation to uphold (our brand).

All payments made via our web site are transferred to a secure Australian bank site (The ANZ Bank). We receive no payment details. Or you can mail a cheque – much slower!
As an educational and professional body, over the years, we have had many people coming to us asking where they can find particular courses. Usually such courses are not offered each week, or month or perhaps quite rarely.
We are a NFP Provider whose primary goal is to help people learn more about marketing and to be able to practise it better. Perhaps the real question is why other courses cost so much?

For a complete course package you will receive a PowerPoint presentation; a set of notes (Word/pdf format) and a uniquely numbered and personalised electronic certificate
Allowing for weekends/Australian Public holidays - about 95% of courses are delivered within 24 hours. This allows for differences in World time and individual work-loads. Each order for our courses is individually reviewed as well as the course itself being over-sighted. If we think there is a problem with your order (e.g. is there a possible duplication) or we find a problem with the materials (unlikely) we will contact you. If in some instance we cannot deliver within 48 hours we will also notify you be email.
First – see above. But among other things, with so many courses we would have a site size problem. We would also make it possible for some enterprising hacker to lift the lot and sell them elsewhere.
Well obviously there is no face to face. More importantly they are usually much more convenient – you can get the information you need quickly and effectively – not wait months for a suitable course somewhere. Lastly and we think very important also – these courses are significantly less expensive than any face to face course we have ever seen.
You are going to have to provide your own tea and biscuits and lunch – but you will be way ahead financially as well as time wise.
All sorts of people. Those who want information for a project, a new job, to assist with other study (one of our customers used MXpress subjects costing a few hundred dollars to “ace” his MBA course – which had cost many thousands of dollars.

Most of these short courses are based on materials used by MAANZ and other trainers for education and training courses over the years.
Yes. There are layout and presentation factors, but we base our estimation on an actual A4 paper page. Many other courses have a lot of space (air and water – little stone and earth) but not a lot of actual solid content.

No. These courses (PowerPoints and the associated notes and documents) remain the copyright of the Marketing Association of Australia and New Zealand (MAANZ) and may be used only for personal study and not in any education or training program without written permission. Persons and/or corporations wishing to use these notes for any other purpose should contact MAANZ for written permission. We are happy to discuss an appropriate deal. For example, one customer did a training session using the notes and PowerPoints for a group of 11 staff and the total cost was impressively modest.
