We will not disclose your details to any other parties outside of MAANZ and our agents

 

MAANZ communications are an integral part of keeping you informed, and may include interesting and relevant business information from third parties that we think might be relevant and interesting.

 

As a member or associate of MAANZ you will always be entitled to opt out of any of the above communications by contacting our Membership department.

 

Profiling

As a marketing driven organisation we may use the information you provide to assist us with database profiling, aimed at improving the quality of products and services offered to you.

 

Security Safeguards

 

MAANZ respects your data and has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure we have mitigated against such risks as loss or unauthorised access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure of data.

 

Openness Principle

 

MAANZ has a formal process to manage subject access requests. However, in the first instance we encourage you to contact a member of staff to discuss and resolve any concerns you may have relating to the use/acquisition of your data.
